The Winfield Inn offers the ability to hire one of our experienced coordinators to manage the event from the early stages of planning, until the last guest leaves. This service comes highly recommended so you and your family can truly enjoy the experience without worry. We welcome outside coordinators of your choice as well.

If you decide not to hire us to coordinate your event and you don't have an outside coordinator, an event manager is provided for all events. The event manager will remain onsite through dinner service to ensure seamless service for you and your guests. They do not get involved in planning or details of the event. They will coordinate the set-up of all tables, linens, chairs, and any other rentals that are contracted through The Winfield Inn.
